Originally CY2 started as a company, which provided Peoplesoft Consultancy for the Dutch education market. Today CY2 has broadened its services by providing consultancy services for clients such as Hogeschool Rotterdam and MBO2010. With regards to Peoplesoft Consultancy we also have several international clients such as Liverpool John Moores University and University of Cambridge.
PeopleSoft Consultancy
We can offer any conceivable technical and functional Peoplesoft Consultancy service. We can, for example, set up workshops, build customised solutions and provide support or training for your staff. Our company has been created by joining our Peoplesoft knowledge and this will remain one of our primary activities.
Chain Automation
The exchange of information is increasing in the Dutch education market due to a rising usage of chain automation. Examples are Studielink in the higher education and BRON in the BVE field. In both fields we have experienced consultants in-house, who can support your organisation with specialist knowledge.
Project Management
Aside from our application knowledge and substantial knowledge of the education market, we are also able to provide project management services. In particular our knowledge of the processes and our experience with the dynamics in the education market make us specialists in project management.
Change management and business process redesign
We are frequently asked to guide organisations during process improvements and the associated change management. We strongly believe that the key success factor of change is not the technique, but the people behind it.
