Learning within projects
During projects, activities are carried out by customers themselves, being supported and advised by CY2. Learning is our basic principle. We believe these learning processes develop our customers’ capabilities to autonomously manage implemented systems and processes.
Focus on results
CY2 consultants supervise projects in close cooperation with a project manager from within the customers organisation. This way, a focus on results, whilst exchanging knowledge, is guaranteed. CY2 manages projects using Prince2, complemented with internally developed methods based on extensive experience.
More than IT
We do not limit our focus to IT since we believe organisation and IT must be aligned. The organisation , including its processes, culture and people play a central role in our approach. CY2 considers change management as a key success factor in IT projects.
Reuse solutions
Whenever we conceive a solution together with our customers, we like to share it. CY2 doesn’t try to reinvent known solutions for every customer, but stimulates the exchange of knowledge and solutions, also between customers.
The input of knowledge and ideas
We actively endeavour to renew and innovate products and services. To achieve this, we want to be a leader in our domain and serve our customers by anticipating developments they’re confronting. This means that we fulfill a pioneer’s role in the market. Our customers can always expect our advice both requested and unsolicited. In other words, we are serving our customers as leaders, not followers
